7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Content: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all materials created by SeeDigits, including designs, code, content, and other project-related deliverables, remain the property of SeeDigits until full payment is received.
• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables. SeeDigits retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

SeeDigits is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

9. Termination
